The Fleur de Craie cuvée is made to bring out the finesse of Chardonnay. The fermentation of the musts is mainly carried out in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness of the wine and a good length at the end of the mouth.
Fleur de Craie is made from the wines of a harvest year: each year will therefore reflect the past wine campaign and will appear to you in a different light with particular characteristics while maintaining the same idea of the cuvée.
