La Jancélie was created to be convivial and be shared with as many people as possible. It’s available in 2 wines, a blend Pinot noir and Chardonnay and an 100% Chardonnay. For La Jancélie, the wines are fermented in barrels and benefit from aging on fine lees for 9 months before bottling. The addition of reserve wine gives it more roundness.
The blend’s slightly pink hue already plunges us into gluttony before finding a very expressive nose. The red fruits of Pinot Noir and its slight bitterness mingle with the roundness of Chardonnay. This wine is rich and pleasant, to drink with nice friends and why not with a plancha ?
