Nuances de Cornoie is the picture of the terroir of Villenauxe La Grande through different blends.
The variation of this cuvée in a 100% Pinot Noir blend comes from the wines of the 2018 harvest, the year in which the Pinots de Villenauxe proved to be exceptional!
Made from the most complex juices from the Fontaine and Les Colères plots, vinification is carried out half in demi-muid and half in stainless steel vats, followed by aging on lees for 9 months before bottling.

The Nuances de Cornoie cuvée is the reflection of the Terroir of Villenauxe La Grande. It is not produced every year but only when the terroir expresses itself at its best. It is elaborated in different blend.
Made from the most complex juices, mainly vinificated in demi-muids Nuances de Cornoie « blending » combines the characteristic fruits of Pinot Noir and the elegance of Chardonnay. A golden color with fine bubbles brings you to an elegant and fruity nose.
The palate is fresh, rich, revealing a surprising aromatic complexity from fresh fruits to red fruits whose length persists.
